Eastman Missions

Thank you so much for considering partnering with my ministry!

I am currently a Bible teacher with YWAM (Youth with a mission) in Australia. This ministry is a non-profit in which the goal is "Know God and make Him known". Youth With A Mission is a global movement of Christians from many cultures, age groups, and Christian traditions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world. We currently work in more than 1,100 locations in over 180 countries, with a staff of over 18,000. It has been so amazing to be part of this ministry.

The part of YWAM that I am involved in is called School of Biblical studies where we take students from all over the world to study the Bible five times in 9 months. I actually had the pleasure of doing this school and it is amazing to watch God's word come alive. To read and deeply dive into God's redemptive story from the beginning to end has been so transformative. And it is for this reason that I decided to become a staff (after being a student) of this school because I believe in its mission statement, to train and equip leaders through the word of God in order to teach His word, and give His word so that others might to be transformed. For example, after doing this school I have become so passionate about God's word and teaching His word to people and in places that do not have access or tools to study in the way we do. God has given me a burden for different nations to know His word in the way that I have had the honor of knowing it.

Personally, being a pastors kid and having a theology degree I thought I knew the Bible. The truth is it wasnt until studying the Bible all the way through that I really got to grasp more truly God's heart for me and the world. To learn how the New Testament fufills the Old Testament, and to see God's unrelenting faithfulness was and is unreal. And it is for this reason that I want to continue teaching and sharing His word.

Recently, God has opened doors for me to teach not only in Australia, but now in New Zealand, Fiji, and Samoa. I am so overjoyed and humbled as I watch God move. The Lord has given me a heart to see the whole South Pacific not only come to know Christ, but to be founded in His word. So, it is my mission and prayer to train students for the nine months, that they might go into the world to help teach God's word, so that people might be transformed. The hope is to train people that would want to pioneer Bible schools, churches and, different ministries so that Biblical illiteracy might be eradicated. And in dooing so, people might come to truly know the Lord and in response our purpose and calling.

On a side note this isnt the easiest job with a physical disability but God has shown me in these last few years that this is what I am made for, and for this reason I will keep on going, "for when I am weak He is strong" (2 Cor. 12:9).

Here is a video that explains a bit of what I do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMajY1vlzpQ

With that said, I would love you to prayerfully consider becoming a monthly donor and or giving a one time donation. I can not do this without you all. Thanks for being on my team!
